I wanted to create a set of options to separate contractors from visitors, so I simply asked my support team the best approach to this. I got a reply the next morning, informing me of a new feature (at the time of the e-mail, it would be deployed in 3 days) to automatically sign-out visitors at the end of the day. I contacted my support person and asked about this feature. There were a couple tasks that I was trying to accomplish, i.e., keeping track of visitors that haven't signed out. There are are few things that we don't like about the app and it might be due to the needs of our company rather than the functionality of the app.
